A group fitness pilates-based program designed for mums from 6-52 weeks postpartum. Our focus is to bring you affordable, convenient, and safe classes to support your mind and body on this journey, online and in person.

Online

Join our instructors from your living room as they take you through 15-30 minute postpartum pilates classes designed to ease your body back into exercise through our restore and rebuild approach.

In-person

Once our community grows, you will be able to join our instructors at local community centre for a 40 minute postpartum pilates class, designed to ease your body back into exercise through our restore and rebuild approach while connecting with local members of the Mums All Together community.

Pregnancy can cause physical, mental, and emotional stress on both the body & mind. Mums All Together endeavours to support those on their postpartum health & wellness journey.
