At MAT, we provide Pilates classes for women in various stages of motherhood.
To us, Pilates classes offer benefits beyond much-needed pelvic floor muscle toning and back strengthening. We believe they help with the unique challenges mothers face, including supporting their mental well-being.
That’s why we focus on creating a supportive community where women can safely exercise and connect.
Join us in one of our 45 minutes group Pilates classes in a convivial atmosphere, followed by 15 minutes for connecting and chatting with other mothers.
