Service Description

Welcome to "Mini Me and Me" – a bonding experience for mothers/aunties and kids/nephews/nieces aged 5 to 14. Join our playful mat class blending Pilates, yoga, and breath work for fun and fitness. Introduce your mini-me to movement and mindfulness while having a blast together. Bring your partner-in-crime and let's embark on this adventure of health, happiness, and high-fives. The class fee is for 1 adult + 1 child THIS EVENT IS A 2HRS SESSION: 45 mins class followed by afternoon tea for the children and the adults.
